Venting Moving back home after living alone for a year is brutal

Early this month I moved back to my parents because theres no point in renting an apartment if school is online

However over this past year or so I have developed some nasty habits that are now really hard to suppress because tbh when youre alone you just doing give a fuck because youre not around other people so you get too comfortable

Some of my bad habits include:
-never washing the dishes
-randomly touching my dick
-fapping whenever I want up to 5 times a day
-just throwing trash on the floor
-wearing the same clothes that I also work out in for days

Now that Im home though its so hard, I havent fapped in days at this point I think

At least Im no longer addicted to porn and my little sister is here so I know shes not having sex because shes not going out/having anyone over so that makes me feel a bit better

I'm 48. I never left home. I work 3 days a week now. I don't collect a government cheque either. Living with Mom has allowed me to save a lot of money.
