Technically they are correct, but not really. Let me explain. Food, to people living in a country where they have plenty of it and in a large variety isn't everything to them. It's nice to have but it's not everything. However, to a starving African having no food affects their entire life and it brings everything else down because they have none.
If an Incel has money, a large social circle and are perfectly mentally healthy most likely their life will still be shit because they lack one of the major needs for human beings, relationships. That's why relationships are "everything" to us, because it's the one missing thing that could make our lives worth living.
