let's say the foid cop had enough strength and power to hold a man down for 8 minutes and choke him out, i think these riots would have still flared up. logically, these riots are occurring because the system itself is falling a part. more and more young men (regardless of race) are becoming alienated with no future prospects or ability to find gainful employment - a disgruntled youth, against a system and media that continues to agitate, ignore and beat down on them is plenty enough justification to riot and to "snap". the US is just the flagship for what is to come as liberalism and the west collectively declines further and further.
