There is no point in staying fit but if you enjoy being healthy, then why not.
That shit is WAY more unhealthy than just sitting at home and eating a moderation of junk food all day. Stressing the shit out of your organs with excessive building plus hogmaxxing is a really, really deadly concoction.Being fat is shitty but JFL at going full hog on bodybuilding with protein shakes and heavy deadlifts etc

Life sucking just means it sucks compared to someone else, which is true for everyone less than the best guy in the worldIf foids are off the table and your life sucks - then why would you care about appearance and prolonging your lifespan?
I workout and eat shit too. They cancel each other out far as fat gain goes and I put on a bit of muscle as long as the shit I eat has a decent amount of protein. For example if I eat ice cream or pizza I’ll follow it up with a glass or two of milk for protein.
I've had personal trainers. I saw a boxing coach 6 days a week for 3 years. I've had jogging/running coaches. Spent a small fortune on gym memberships. And was objectively in good shape. When you're always home alone or you go out JUST to stand around alone, it doesn't matter. I eat healthy, am very fit. And dying of loneliness. If I weren't afraid of getting tossed in jail (one of the worst places for an incel to be) for doing something super-stupid after or afraid of the hell of becoming addicted, I'd do drugs. There's nothing to be healthy for other than the slow slide into old age, decrepitude, and a drawn-out, painful death in a concentration camp ... I mean, nursing home.If you used to be fit at some point and you still didn't manage to acsend, i don't see a reason why one should keep putting in efford to stay fit. Unless you genuinely like working out, and don't get much joy from eating fast food, or drinking alcohol.

Also, I feel better physically and mentally by being fit, and normies are a little scared of me.
