Imo sociology is the most underperforming interpolated subject in school.
They should really teach things in accordance to the culture of hte people they are in.
If they taught the truth of cultural marxism, or hypermasculinity in rednecks then people would be far better off in life than graduating with a passing high school diploma in either math or science.

We live in an efficacy society first because we haven't used our resources in a way truly for human betterment. We are on a hamster spin cycle of living in the tie-down the rich have conceived for them.
It's unthinkable and in their hindbrain when you mention this. And they will come to every single excuse before they address anything about their dominance.
People should be able to be straightforward at this point. We've had a point in the late 20th century, and even today where the rich could be having everyone be abundant enough to the point of everyone having enough leeway to help others.
Freedom/ help/ compassion. And even if most people became fat slobs there could be enough regulation for people to be kept stable enough to make things helped.
Some people legit have tiedowns for them to stop being upkeep constrained. Like with bills, household upkeep, job, car, etc.
But we live in an age of efficiency, or we could have if the rich didn't want to put everything in a perma-time-warp like the matrix where things can't go further where they are now. Because they want to hold power.
Technology is being purposefully prevented becuase oldhats in power want to keep their dominance simple.

We live in the fake effacement age, because being effacing is the social regulation right now, lest you be dealt the stinging silencing strategy label of being "a whiner", a "weirdo", a "tin foil hate wearer".
Most people are afraid to ride the tiger of negotiation. And so unreason rules when people know what is intuitively true/ real/ proper.
People do not want to have a heroic passage through life, but a dominant passage through life.
People would rather be an alternate dimension superman where he becomes a tyrannical chad dick than a harry potter.
If we used our resources right, then people could be real, but we live in the silencing age where the social justice minded are going for state-approved cherrypicks. The powerful use effacement in the euphemism of "courtesy/ manners", but the negative underside they won't tell you is that they want people to be comfortable with the tyranny it provides.
