Because normies know that they're not chad, they have little success with females and so the acknowledgement that looks matter would be the acknowledgement that shits going to be hard for them sex wise. Attractive people and Ugly people have very different reasons for denying that looks matter. Attractive people because they don't like the idea that the world was given to them, and ugly people because they don't like the idea that the world will shit all over them because of their outwards appearance, it's all just coping.
