This is one of the worst things of life. Sleep should be held sacred. People shouldnt be expected to accept being denied rest and sleep

How many days have you gone without sleep? Max for me was like 3 and I felt like shit
I coyldnt go longer than 1

Anxiety doesn't let me have a good sleep quality. I got prescribed short acting benzodiazepines a few weeks ago but the dose is not helping me anymore. A lot of times I wake up feeling my muscles all tired like if instead of sleeping i spent the night exercising.
I have breathing problems, I'm never fully rested
