Yeah, as in I don't eat too much. It's not always healthy.
Not to mention I'm an alcoholic. often a fifth a day. That's not a healthy diet at all, just not overboard calorie wise.
I don't think going to the gym 2-3 times a week at 3 am counts as going out either. Sometimes, I don't even do that and just run and do push-ups or whatever at home.
