Whenever it shows an office/workplace, there's a very good chance there will be a scene where the Boss gets up and yells at a worker loudly for not doing his job properly. He will do it in the most dramatic way possible right in front of all the other workers. And the poor worker has to just accept it and bow while saying sorry. Like this:
