Brutal Sometimes I can't get off my pc to eat something

I swear some days I don't know why, I can barely get up without looking at a screen. And even if I get off the computer, I'm still staring at my phone all the time.
Even when I'm making myself a sandwich because I'm starving from browsing the internet all day, I'm still only using one hand while holding the phone with the other.

Any similar experiences?
