Soyshake splash and malevolent molestation are both very damaging attacks, but sigma is immunised to the former and the latter only really shines when the target has much lower mass, here the opposite is the case. Sigmas attacks aren't the most effective either, as Dr. Pizza already knows he's a decent human bean and the opposite of an inkle, but the Yikerino rush has high overtime damage with a tick-rate multiplied by the number of Sigma's reddit karma. It does not penetrate defences very well but against Dr Pizzas low defensive stats that is not much of a concern. However, a well timed Hekin wholesome keanu 100 Reddit rape could temporarily reverse the Yikerino rush and apply a good bit of damage to Sigma who has no way to avoid it due to his limited mobility. Personally I think Sigma would win this round of Epic Soy Battles thanks to his advantage in attack and defence, but there is a small chance that Dr Pizza keeps evading the Yikerino rush and scores a critical hit by countering This is why you're inkel with Hekin wholesome keanu 100 Reddit rape, but that's a really risky strategy.
