I'm just settled down with firefox because I'm used to it and all my bookmarks/favs are synced across platforms, and they have the great video playback addons on mobile.
That said, do you really find chrome that hard to run? For me it's the fastest browser and im not sure about the RAM usage.

Idk, my chrome is pretty smooth, apparently firefox uses more resources. Could be cookies, addons and all that other shit combined though.
