The fact that average guys lift weights and go to the gym kills the appeal to me

I would consider gymcelling if it was an environment that only buff Chads participated in, and you could get a leg up on the averages of society by doing so.

But EVERY guy in his late teens and 20s lifts. What's the point? You won't get a leg up on them body wise, you'd just catch up to them. Your appeal would go from 1.5% to 1.8%. A waste of time.

I wish I there was physical workouts that would be effective in losing weight so I can stop being a fatcel, but all that matters is food.

Lol it's ridiculous. Around 2013 the idea of "the gym" really fucking started to take off and now literally every guy you meet goes.

To think there was a point in time where people actually viewed "being buff" in a good light is absurd to me.

I also went for water fasting. I just stopped eating for a week despite the fact i eat pretty much. So, everybody can actually do it. I also consumed some healing clay on top of that.

I only work out casually these days, helps me cope but I can't be bothered to put too much effort into it.

Tell me again that the guy at 1:09 (time stamp) and the lighter weight classes have "thick bones and nothing less".
 
Most of them quit after a few months or a couple of years tops, so bodywise you can get ahead of 90% of guys merely on persistence and good nutrition.
But the only leg up you'll get is you'll have a better body, which in my case didn't change my life in any meaningful way. Instead of being a guy with an average body who was being completely ignored by foids, I became a guy with a really nice body who was getting completely ignored by foids.
Now I've pretty much given it up on it because the effort isn't worth the benefits. Come to think of it, most guys who try lifting quit probably for the same reason but in a few months rather than 15 years.
 
No need to lift right now, my main focus is losing all my fat. And even untrained i can still lift the weights that someone my height and age can lift when untrained, so that's good.

I’ve been lifting for nearly 8 years soon, it seems more of an autistic habit now, I learned long ago that’s it didn’t help anything. But ya you’re right most guys do quit. Most guys I noticed quit after a year or so at most

Youll be amazed how many people dont have the strength to hit the gym .. and how very fit people actually there is in the avarage street..very few

Be able to achieve an athelete body without any chemicals is a genetic gift all by itself

Its always strange to me that in everygroup there is always a tall guy with a girlfriend ..like height giving them super powers or something ..or is it the validation from girls that this guy is allowed to approach me .

It won't. Unless you have God genes for it, which you probably won't.

As a manlet, going to the gym just looks cope as hell and makes vaginas drier than they even were. As a tallfag, you can benefit from it more but it's harder/near impossible to look good without doping. In most cases, you lose.

I only ever went to the gym when I was doing sports, for football and basketball. Mostly focused on lower for obvious reasons. Once that ended, I don't go as much because it's pointless.

On one hand, being skinnyfat sucks, but I'm not gonna lie, I don't have the motivation to hit the gym. I take no pleasure from physical exercises and I know even a better body won't outweight my other flaws like height, face and lisping. The motivation that many men have: trying to ascend by improving their body simply isn't there for me because I have way too many bad traits holding me back.

Same here except i train at home, i REALLY hate the pain and being out of breath, i was thinking why suffer more for nothing at all? I'd still look like an unattractive retarded mongoloidcel. But after being sore you feel stronger, and after being out of breath, your cardio get better. It's those feeling of strength and self improvement that i like, even if i LDAR the majority of the time.

Funny how better nutrition can change society. When the Iron Curtain fell, the average height among males was only 165cm here. Now it's creeping up to 180cm. In 30 years Poles on average grew up 15cm.

Yeah agree with this i do calisthenics at home as i just enjoy it. Gymcel wont affect ur smv lol
 
Diet, a great sleep schedule and going 4-5 days a week can separate you from the pack. The average gym goer has a diet and sleeping habits that cancel out potential gains

i need only 2 -3 kg of lean mass do not want to be BIG all of the gym is full of INCELs and some 6-7 foids but the gym is 24/7 one i go when no ppl are there one incel smells rly bad one day this is so nasty

Due to your weight, your body has a fuck ton of muscle thats needed to support your already hefty weight. When you lose weight, by literally doing nothing , you'll lose a little muscle. Guess what though, you'll be jacked as shit. You might be weak because your muscle density is poor, but your muscle bellies will be big as fuck bro. It might take a few months or a year to lose that weight though (0.5-2lbs/week) but you do that shit.brother
