Second, Left 4 Dead 2's first major update in eight years include these changes, additions, etc.. ;

There is also a sale on steam right now, the game's pretty cheap, and as the screenshot says, there will be a free weekend for this update, you will be able to play the game for free in this weekend. (It's mostly for players that want to test the game to know whether they want to buy it or not.) The sale will last four days, get the game here if you want it tbh :
