Take one picture of your reflection in the mirror and one picture in the same position straight in the camera.

With comparison of your looks in these two pictures we can test if the Mirror Makes U A Chad Theory is true.

You look better in the selfie because of better lighting. The lighting in the mirror makes your eye area look worse. Phones tend to be bad at taking mirror pics at times for some reason. A lot of times I look in the mirror (no coping), then take a phone pic of it and it looks all fucked (all detail lost, lighting drawn out, etc). But then again, phone cameras are notoriously shit to begin with.

Btw, your face is already looking leaner than last time I saw your pic. Good job, it seems to be actually working.

yeah, there's just a big difference in lightning. maybe it just affects the exposure of bone structure for some people.

Pretty much impossible to get exactly the same lighting on 2 different pics tbh. Obviously when taking the mirror pic you have to move the phone to the side whereas with a selfie the phone is in front of your face.


Can't tell much difference in facial leanness but it might be one of those things where it's so gradual day to day that it's impossible to notice.
