i dont think theres any way to increase ur IQ. Although i've heard "brain" drugs called nootropics are the craze with silicon valley fags.

You can improve your memory. That's a big help. In general you can't make big leaps in IQ, because it's limited by your hardware. The right software can help utilize that hardware maximally, but that's basically the idea of finding out the things you excel at and getting even better them through training and repetition (practice).

I'm trying to study in order to get a well paid job but i can't accomplish anything by doing that. When i read something, my brain can't exactly process information and make sense of it. I need to read the sentences over and over again if i want to present an argument. But its just hard for me ngl. I wouldn't say im that bad at reading or writing but when it comes to shit like this i'm failing i don't know if it has to do with my long term depression or brainfog. It is like i'm just learning thing just for the sake of memorizing.

Start exercising and improve the quality of your diet. That can make a huge difference in what you're describing.

well Idk about IQ, usually nature does play a role but nurture does boost it, so you should have at least been getting into a lot of problem solving at a young age or just generally aware about issues around you. Curiousity is another, whilst thinking differently and creating things constantly. Could try https://test.mensa.no/ to see on average how well you might be (it's not exact but me and a few others are pretty certain that the northern european mock IQ tests are a good estimator).
Questioning traits are usually correlated with those who are smart, as well as the INT personality type, though there can be others that don't fit what I've said.
