For incels specifically, communism would work. There is a reason why communism is still around in rice countries like N Korea & China.
Imagine a country where women would have "mandatory girlfriend service". It would be a parallel to male mandatory military service. Furthermore, government would provide state mandated girlfriends. Basically, it would be illegal for men to be incels. It would be considered inhumane.
A country like that would, of course, have to be authoritarian / socialist. There would be free market with regulations, progressive tax, universal healthcare, affordable housing and overall good social policies.

I think it's a free market economy. Women are worse at creating resources so they will be dependent on men for that(instead of getting it free from the state), while men depend on women for sex. Perfect system.

For society as a whole and the improvement of humanity though, free market capitalism is the best economic system, since it creates the most innovation and reduces the state expenditure to a possible minimum. The free market should be combined with elite rule though in order to keep the incompetent masses in check.

I think what Singapore has is ideal. They're not consumed by the dark side of the capitalism, but also they're not starving to death like in the former communist countries or North Correa. Some sort of socio-economic system that combines socialism and nationalism would be by far the best system for incels. Everyone would have a purpose and be able to contribute to a national cause. Women would have rules and limitations imposed on them. Cuckoldry and sexual promiscuity could be completely eliminated by outlawing sex out of wedlock. A strong authoritarian leader could finally fix our broken system, kick out all the immigrants, and eliminate women's rights. It would be amazing.
