if you want healthy diet, i suggest eat 3-6 raw eggs per day, raw oatmeal with almond milk, honey, handful of almond, cashew,etc..., yam,avocadoes
throw in some green like brocolli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, organic whey protein drink, organic pureed pouches of baby food ( fruits/veggies),
some brown rice with high quality protein, like organic ground beef or ground bison.
