"Furries" can be used to refer to anthropomorphic furry animal humanoid characters (fictional things) or to people who like them (real people) for example.
I usually prefer the former usage, and "furfans" to refer to the 2nd usage, since humans (real people) do not actually have fur, although some may be HAIRY.
To answer the question in either case: there are some I like and some I do not like. Kind of like with characters in general or people in general.
If you want more feedback you need to be more particular about which subgroups of either of these groups you want to know my opinion on.
For example: among furfans, do you want to know about fursuiters? Fursuiters who have sex while in the suits?
Or among furries: do you want to know about catgirls? Vixens? Mares?
