Im assuming you are talking only about east asia, but even so that is a tremendously diverse region. Japan and Korea are very westernized and have a consumerist culture but other places in east asia like vietnam or malaysia or the phillipines or indonesia are not at all like that. Although they may have some western cultural influences women are not treated at all like they are in places like Japan and I doubt that there are many 25 year old incels without the hope for a wife in indonesia or malaysia.

I am not an expert on china but the cultural expectation there is to get married, and most people are married there and have kids or plan to have kids. That is not to mention roughly 50% of people in china still live in rural villages with no access or extremely little access to online dating and very little choice of men. As a foreigner it would probably be kind of difficult there because of the xenophobia but as a native there is probably not much problem.

In hong kong it is probably similar but still harder because of it being more westernized with more international traffic. However it still retains a lot of the culture and values from china so i would also guess that there are not many incels there either, and it is probably similar in taiwan.
