Considering that "sexual frustration" is an autistic feature as noted in Marianne Kristiansson's own research, why is this not directly stated in the Incelibate Wiki entry, autism sub-section for Alek Minnasian?Marianne Kristiansson, PhD, professor of forensic psychiatry at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden has attempted to explain why so many young men who have commited spree killings have autism, and while not condoning or forgiving the killings, separating former autistic killers from psycopaths by explaining how autists have a hard time with verbal communication of deep frustrations.
The main difference between psychopaths and autists is that psychopaths slay while autists rot.
Also, one can see an example of "immediate confession" (as well as touch sensitivity) here:
Autistic sperglord obsessed with Star Wars kills "lesbian" foid after she touches him and offers sex | Incels.co - Involuntary Celibate
To be sure, autists often have issues with expressing their emotions in general, but "frustration" is usually a reference to impeded libido in particular, and this is what would be most relevant to state on the Incelibate Wiki with respect to autism.
