There is nothing inherently flawed or evil about woman, this is simply hypergamy and in today's era due to social media and the internet woman are freely allowed to express their hypergamy with no restrictions and consequences

A psychopath doesn't get a pass to torture and kill people unpunished because he can't help it, nor does a pedophile get a pass to abuse children because he can't help it either. Why should foids? We punish children and even animals for their misbehaviors. You can definitely argue that hypergamy is flawed and evil from a moral standpoint, however foids are the ones with the reproductive capabilities, and hence they reserve the right to decide where they want to spread their genes. Well, Adultery is still considered a crime in several places. You would definitely need to hire a detective and gather actual evidence to build a strong case against a cheating foid to get them persecuted
