If tech companies really did benefit from foids they wouldn't be so biased towards white/asian males

We know tech CEOs are huge assholes. We know Google, apple, fb etc worked together to drive down worker wages. We know tech companies love outsourcing work to curries.

So why would women in STEM be any different?

Even now the workers in STEM still have decent pay because they are smart and it's still not easy to replace them. However if the markets were filled with mediocre foids who can barely do the job, that's good enough for the tech companies. It means those male engineers no longer hold the bargaining chips.

Tech has always seen it's employees as a huge expense they want to drive down especially software ones where there isn't as much physical cost.

Don't be fooled. Do we see foids being encouraged to be coal miners or janitors? No! Coz the pay is pretty shit compared to work and risks they have to take.

It doesn't matter how much scholarship/grant money they give them, they will never be able to oust men in STEM, as they're not personally interested in it not are they wired to be good at it. The only females in STEM will be the rare exceptions that you always see in every case, but it will never reach a point where there will be a 50/50 split or even a 30/70 split.

But then again, none of the shit I said will matter if they just choose to lower the standards for females (which they have repeatedly displayed that they will readily do), so take it with a grain of salt pewpew.

High IQ. Foids do nothing but reduce wages, quality of work, efficiency, and more. They are utterly worthless in work settings.

BTW, this post reminds me of something involving this topic of STEM and foids I encountered at work today when I was unceremoniously reminded that March is national foids month. Rage Fuel for the next 31 days...

I know, even I'm surprised that females can have the world bending into a damn pretzel to suit their needs and still manage to fail either due to a lack of interest or lack of baseline intelligence. (Also likely due to the fact that their simp beta orbiters can't do their test for them or study for them so they have to take responsibility to do those TWO simple things, which they apparently cannot do)

I'm sure it's that way for CS majors in minor public universities, but people with CS degrees from those minor public Universities only really get into significant silicon valley companies if they have good connections in the job market to get them those positions.

You see CS requires regular practice, just like learning a real spoken language. If you go and get a degree in German language but don't practice any German in your spare time, then don't expect to be at a native level anytime soon.

As for the "not getting it" part, when that occurs, it's typically due to a lack of direction in the learning process rather than an innate lack of ability to do it in the first place (unless of course it's due to a medical condition).

I can't complain about the quality of my education, as I've been well taught, and what I've learned and what I can learn will inevitably get me to where I want to go in life.

There are issues I'll admit, yeah unqualified people can get CS degrees. But nevertheless, the field has been and will remain male-dominated for the foreseeable future unless, as I said, executive actions are made to be more "inclusive" pewpew.

CEOs are sharks. You're more likely to be correct than incorrect here. It's likely that all of this leftist SJW, STEM affirmative action bullshit is a very convenient cover for driving down employment costs and the market salaries by pumping the job market with mediocre quality programmers.

I haven't looked at the numbers to crunch the long-term effects, but when the rubber hits the road the companies need to make products and solve problems. Having 20 mediocre developers who write deliverable code that is poorly optimized and having a few specialists who clean up the final product to make it efficient might be far more cost effective than hiring 9-10 highly skilled developers who write elegant code.

Yes, I think Microsoft Windows has been getting worse since the curry took over. They don’t even test their updates anymore they just release them and hope I sticks to the wall. Women in STEM are just cheap seat fillers so the company can say the hire locals but outsource everything to incompetent curries for even cheaper. They still hire white and Asians to clean up the mess, shit as brains management created. They are left holding the bag and making it work.

Women and subhumans in a work place works to hinder and stifle progress, survey and harass the relative net contributors, and so on. If a place has only medium to high IQ men and no females or race quotas, it is a sign that it is important or where the power lies.
