Hard to answer: as a tallfag with average-ish dick i'd take the inches every day but i can understand why someone short (even if with a small dick) would choose the height.
I've come to understand these kinds of threads are just stealth brag threads. People just use them to say "Well I'm already A, so I'll take B."
Also even if you have a 12 inch, if you're short and ugly, you still won't have foid to fuck with it.

4 inches for sure, that's like 4 standard deviations, whereas half a foot in height is only 1 or 2 standard deviations, assuming you start from average height/length.
Maybe the dick, I'm shocked that I'm saying this as a manlet.
