The young ones would be partying, having sex and I wouldn't get any.
I MIGHT stand a chance at getting sex from someone over 50. A lot over 50.

Simply in the broad spectrum of people in a building with as neighbors, many people over 50 is as good as it gets.
Old people are;
- Quiet
- Usually follow rules and most have at least a basic sense of cleanliness
- Mindful of others

The only benefit of under 50 is the possibility of finding a woman. Not like I can find one to begin with. More convenient but I doubt it would change my chances of finding someone
