growing up i've been fed a lot of unhealthy shit which caused me to experience countless ailments in my lifetime
I've recently started to cook simple zero carb stuff and feed myself in a way that doesn't reflect other people's habits
98% of the food in my house is shit
If you can, buy meat and eggs and cook yourself
you just have to go against the grain
eventually you'll learn how feed yourself without having to rely on their junk

The worst thing is I can’t even walk for more than 20 minutes a day bc my feet start to hurt. So exercise is out of the question. I stopped eating lunch in school for a few weeks last year and dropped to 23% BF (which is slightly overweight) and my mother had a literal breakdown crying about how malnourished I look. Im at 30% now

Whenever my parents would put extra food I would just throw the extra portion in the dustbin. Over the time they gave up and my mother started saying that im eating less than my little sister who's in 7th grade.

But then again I my parents aren't the type who would force me to do something. Maybe I study alot so they never say anything to me I guess.

I'm going to stave myself again tbh. I just want to be as lean as possible.
