If you were given an autism questionnaire by a doctor and you scored high enough to warrant further testing is that the point of no return?

Is there still a chance I could take the test and come back normal? I have a bunch of symptoms but there’s also some really typical autism symptoms that I don’t have like giving a shit about a routine, I do things when I feel like doing it and although I do plan ahead I can leave room for change.

Autism is a spectrum so common symptoms don't have to apply to everyone. I would get diagnosed my school and work life significantly increased after getting diagnosed with ASD.

Doctors just check boxes on their list, they're not omniscient geniuses.
You could very well just have symptoms similar to autism from years of oppression and isolation.
