Curroids generally have no meaningful jobs that pay well and their society is extremely low trust which leads to them to not develop a sense of shame, it's a common sentiment for them to absolve themselves of any guilt if it's hidden, their deities and scripture don't prohibit from these acts either. Scamming to get by is seen as an intelligent thing because you are "hacking the system", it's an actual concept for them, I wish I was kidding.
