UHHH, is your scale broken or something? Do you watch UFC? The weight divisions are a good reference for what good weight looks like. At 143 lbs you would be a FLYWEIGHT at that height.

Look at a fighter like Max Holloway and tell me he doesn't look fucking anorexic. Yeah, he could kick your ass, but at the end of the day that frame won't get you pussy. The ideal at that height is welterweight division, which means you still need to gain about 30 lbs of muscle.
