Agreed. Nofap is the dumbest cult I have ever heard of. As an incel, fapping is one of your best copes. It's the only fucking way to release all the sexual tension you have built up. I personally fap around 4-5 times a day and nobody is going to stop me. If I fap, I feel alright. If I don't fap for over a day, I feel agitated, get bad insomnia, and am horny all the time. Fap as much as you feel like.

The thing I've noticed about nofap is that a lot of those guys have wives/girlfriends. So, they do nofap to get over their porn addiction, but they still have a woman to satisfy their mating drive. So nofap doesn't actually mean no release, just means no pornography or jacking off. For an incel, it would mean no release whatsoever, which is what sex-having nofappers call "hard mode".
I just wonder how someone who can be with a real woman whenever he wants even develops a porn addiction.
