first point id like to make is that most wristcels are actually confused with the lower forearm, which can not only be improved, but possibly FIXED Entirely.
the area with the square around it is the wrist area by definition, this area is impossible to make larger due to there being no muscle (only bone and tendons), even HGH would not affect this area by much and in fact could increase risk of carpal tunnel syndrome because these bones protect nerves, and since HGH primarily THICKENS bone, it would eventually press and pinch the nerve. The only case in which it can appear bigger is if you are a giga fatcel.
THE AREA TO THE RIGHT OF THE RED LINE IS YOUR FOREARM NOT YOUR WRIST, YOUR WRIST IS THE TINY BONE AREA THAT CONECTS YOUR ARM TO YOUR HAND
But we know most wristcels (like myself) do not eat much and put their body into a catabolic or low energy state. Couple this with a super fast metabolism and you have a lanky poor-postured subhuman (also like myself).

ALSO LOWER FOREARMS HAVE MUSCLES CALLED FLEXORS AND EXTENDORS AND THERE ARE SIMPLE EXERCISES TO BUILD THEM UP!
