Electrons input and output

One way we can possibly manipulate matter such as deconstructing and reconstructing matter is by manipulating the electrons or interfacing with the electrons via electrical impulses kind of programming it to act a certain way. We already have some form of low control of matter in the form of movement.which we do via electrical energy impulses (inputs) and the (output) being movement. Atoms bond with other atoms by three ways:

1)Forming of ionic bond with another atom by giving or taking electrons.

2)Forming of covalent bond by equal sharing of electrons.

3Forming of Co-ordinate bond as a result of unequal sharing of electrons. Annotations.

If we can master the control of the electron we can dismantle matter, reconstruct it and possibly levitate matter. We’ll also have full mastery of the electromagnetic and electro weak force. This is all very much possible if you have an understanding of how it all works, 'magic' is just science we don’t understand stand.

@BlkPillPres more useful stuff you might like to know.

Everything we have around now would be classed as magic by people living 1000 years ago or so.
