I know what account did this (a masked black guy possing as an al-Shabbab sympathizer... no need to elaborate myself).
So, TL;DR: AQ and similar organizations (D?), as we all know, are 100% infiltrated by intelligence agencies. Of course, al-Shabbab doesn't often accept foreign fighters (racism?). Most, if not all non-Somalian sympathizers, end up arrested.
