Governments must pass anti-chad legislations ASAP. The genetics of bullies can not be allowed to continue.
The Anti-Bullying Act (ABA)
The leading head of state and parliament of each respective country members of the United Nations Organisation have to pass legislation that ensures the peaceful conduct within private and public school environments. In alignment with the values of the Communist Party of China, surveillance for children needs to be installed and persecution of rule breakers needs to be put in place that overrules national laws and constitutions.
Cameras need to be installed and maintained in class rooms, school yards and all transitional spaces between where school activities take place. Wherever funds for such undertaking are short, they shall be cut elsewhere, as peaceful school environments take precedence to everything else. Anyone who is found to be guilty of committing acts that fall under the definition of bullying within a school environment have to face the immediate death penalty together with their genetically defective parents. Any acts of violence and verbal harassment fall under this category of bullying.
The act creates a safe school environment and weeds out bully genetics for a better future of our children. If we want to build back butter, it has to start with our children.
