This only really applies to youngcels. The effects of HGH can only be maximized the younger you are (if you are still going through puberty). Once you are done and your growth plates are sealed it can only help you so much. To my knowledge HGH won't help you grow any taller if your plates are already sealed. So it's over for adult-cels . I’ve done some pretty decent research on steroids/sarms/PEDs in general and growth hormone will not make you a chad, if you are finished with puberty that is. But, if future generations start prescribing it to male children going through puberty, then there will be a generation of men who are no less than 6’2 who have extremely wide and pronounced jaws and gigantic frames. Sadly, it won’t help any of us; all it will do is cause signs of acromegaly, which would make us even uglier. It truly is over.

There are already studies on that. While kids with GH deficiency were growing inches every month even with couple IUs, kids with normal production get no observable height increase.

So if you have short parents even if you start at 9 hgh wont make you 6'2.
