I don't cook almost anything and buy lately mostly premade shit. Why? It is also fuckin expensive for me to do own food. Everything is expensive and there is no much difference nowadays. Fuck capitalism.

When I was on my own diet I did shit that was healthy and quick to prepare. For example high % meat hotdogs, french fries with low fat and eggs plus peas and apple. Or yoghurt with strawberries and mango and flaxseed and coffee to drink

Once you know the basics of the cooking you can cook pretty much everything if you follow the recipes. I cooked my own meals without recipes or internet since i was 13 yo.
