Well that presents another problem as the hardworking ethnics would take jobs and opportunities away from the native population. For every ethnic that gets a high paying job is a local that didn't and for every ethnic (hardworking or not) is more of a demand for housing to suit the larger population. So that makes a potential situation where a local maybe unable to get a desirable job they want(or need) all while while housing prices rise from the influx of ethnics.

Another problem that arises is that hardworking ethnics that come from abroad could have been an individual that helped their homeland become a better place. For ever African, Asian, Indian doctor or engineer or entrepreneur is one that could have helped the impoverished of his home country rather then stayed in ours.

Sure nations are a "social construct" but they are one of the most important extensions of our tribalistic nature. Every group of people no matter how small must unite and work towards a common goal but when you add groups with differing goals is when issues arise.

Look at Brazil, it's a multicultural shithole with constant violence and poverty with low trust amongst all of it's ethnic groups but compare them to modern China or America before the 1965 immigration act. They are superpowers because the people of their nations trust one another and can work towards one goal of furthering their common interest and not have to bicker or attack other groups with in their country that have differing interest.

Extremely high IQ post it's true that ethnics and incles have it harder in life because of labeling and prejudgements. The group in society that wields the most power, if they really, really wanted to, could ease the suffering of others via social and/or economic inclusion. They would need mindfulness of others, goodwill, and trust to want to do that. As an example, this goodwill is noticeably more absent in the white Anglos and Germans (known for being more racist) and more present in the whiter and softer Scandinavians (who are more socialistic and inclusive of minorities).

The problem when the upper classes or races become inclusive of the lower classes or lower developed races, is that they become weaker as a whole, leaving them vulnerable to out groups (nations). Because although they might get along better now, the upper classes or races naturally lower themselves to the level of the lower classes or races by sharing space and resources. Segregation has always been a good thing in reality because it causes less conflict of interests. The stupid, and the normal, who just want food and sex, should be separated from the intelligent who have better ideal aspirations.
