I tried again to create a new Instagram account and it immediately got suspended.

Screenshot 2023 11 07 at 60307 AM

How did they do it? How did they immediately know to suspend my account when it was brand new. The email I used was brand new (fastmail). I had a VPN active at the time and not set to my usual endpoint. And the browser I used was a Brave Private Window.

My old Instagram account got banned cause I was using Instaloader to download all the pics ad videos from Instagam lolitas. And it's been 5 months since the last time I even tried logging in.

I don't get it. What did I do wrong? Maybe they immediately ban anyone who is using a known VPN IP address? Are they able to digitally fingerprint me somehow - that is scary. Maybe I'll try again using Tor and a public wifi hot spot.

They did you a favor JFL. Fuck normiegram and faceboomer

browser fingerprint, hardware identifiers etc

They did me something similar to me after I doxxed one of their instafoids on this forum :lul: I got banned from .is as well after doing that.
You can't share already public information from a public domain on an other public domain incel :foidSoy::foidSoy::foidSoy::foidSoy:

Yes I am using a Mac laptop and I suspect they have me fingerprinted somehow. I need to use a different device or use a Linux virtual machine in addition to a different non-VPN ip address..

Not Mac laptop, MAC Address

I don't care about any of those things.

"I found it on a public site so it's not doxxing?" Okay, what is doxxing then?

"I found it on a public site so it's not doxxing?" Okay, what is doxxing then?
So you quote me out of your ass? Where did I say it is not doxxing? I just told it was not a private information and it was shared by the individual herself on a public platform, on public domain and from a publicly accessible profile.

What does "You can't share already public information from a public domain on an other public domain incel" mean, if not a critique of the idea that it's not doxxing?

If that's doxxing, you can't do it. Because you can't doxx.

if not a critique of the idea that it's not doxxing?
It is a critique against the current definition of doxxing itself.
You get into trouble when you steal and share other's private documents, you don't get into trouble when you share documents they made available to public themselves.

You get into trouble when you steal and share other's private documents, you don't get into trouble when you share documents they made available to public themselves.

So again I say, what is "real doxxing?" If searching for someone's information on the Internet and posting it isn't "real doxxing," give me an example of "real doxxing."

In some ways this is similar to foids showing 95% of their body on public and demanding you not to look at them nor tell about it to your friends :lul:

e.g. If I stole private documents(which they themselves didn't make it available to public) of yours from your private domain or computer, or reveal identifying information about you(that is not available to public otherwise) that I gathered from a private domain or a private profile, and share it on www.

Is it doxxing when I share business information(their name, picture, address etc.) of an individual which they themselves made it available to public?

I don't even bother with those social media sites.

What private documents? Are you saying you need to somehow magically produce someone's address from fucking nowhere for it to be "legitimate doxxing?"

Nope, I am saying it must not be made available to public by themselves in order for it to be considered "legitimate doxxing". Unless it is made available to public by an individual themselves while they were a minor. In that case It should be considered "legitimate doxxing" as well.

In order for someone's information to be known at all, it must first be made public by themselves. All doxxable information is public. You're still not allowed to spread it.

Wrong. I can gather their information from a private account of theirs. Or I might know their private information because I personally know them in real life. Or a cyber criminal might hack their computer/domain to gather the private information. You really can't figure out these scenarios by yourself?
All doxxable information is public.
Wrong, as refuted above.
You're still not allowed to spread it.
Are you practicing law in your jurisdiction? How exactly do you know this? And again, am I not allowed to share business contacts then?

What private account? What computer? You think people have their names and addresses saved on their PCs?

I know this because we've been over this before. Every state has different laws, but they are all alike in that they are pursuant to stopping people from spreading information with malicious intent. The wording is a little different here and there. But if you help someone do bad things by providing information to lead them to their target, in EVERY US state it is illegal.

What private account?
Private Instagram account
What computer?
Their private computers, could be an iPhone or something.
You think people have their names and addresses saved on their PCs?
Yes, they do.

Alright then can you please give an answer to this?

Ask Cuckerberg.

What individual? If a business is putting their information out and saying "Contact us for such and such business" and you share that information with the intent of sending business their way, that's obviously fine.

If you look up someone's name and say "This person works for such and such business which makes them complicit in a thing I don't like, just thought you should know wink-wink" then you open yourself up to criminal charges.

@FrothySolutions
I don't like to insult people during an argument or a debate but I must ask, did you ever got diagnosed as a clinical retard before?

Never heard of things like self-employed or contractor etc.?

This applies to contractors too. If you go posting "Such and such plumber is bad here's his business and name" then you open yourself up to criminal charges.

Do you know which laws they refer to when they criminally charge you for this? I think it sounds like bs

exactly, If they are putting their information out themselves it is not "legitimate doxxing"

No, that's not how the law works.

If I publish my address on Facebook, and you go share that information with people who wanna come after me, you're liable when they come after me. "He posted it on Facebook" will not save you. This is how the law works in every state.

I never studied US law. I am not telling you how it is, I am telling you how it should be.

Also how do you determine whether I shared it with "people who wanna come after me(you)" when I share it on a public forum? Anyone can see it.

Also If you shared your address on your public Facebook profile, how do you determine whether the people who came after you saw the information on the forum I shared it, or If they simply saw it on your public Facebook profile?

This is part of the process of charging you with the crime. Why did you go spreading the information around? The burden of defending yourself on that point is put on you.

You dodged the question.

You still didn't mention which law/s makes it a crime.

I told you, every state has a different statute. You would have to check each state's books.

So? Why use that normfag garbage in the first place

Lol

Companies black list vpn endpoints because they don’t want cp spammers. Also they could be fingerprinting your browser by a combination of OS, screen resolution, fonts, etc I even heard about using JavaScript to render an image that the result gets sent back to them as a unique fingerprint. Use vpns on stock windows 10 installs virtual machines with a bare browser install set to a generic 1920x1080 resolution.

(A)(1) No person by engaging in a pattern of conduct..
(1) "Pattern of conduct" means two or more actions or incidents closely related in time, whether or not there has been a prior conviction based on any of those actions or incidents,
I don't understand why they wrote this part twice.
or two or more actions or incidents closely related in time, whether or not there has been a prior conviction based on any of those actions or incidents,
So it means you need to do it 2 or more times in a closely related in time.
(A)(1) ..shall knowingly cause another person to believe that the offender will cause physical harm to the other person or a family or household member of the other person or cause mental distress to the other person or a family or household member of the other person.
So the offender must do it knowingly.
In addition to any other basis for the other person's belief that the offender will cause physical harm to the other person or the other person's family or household member or mental distress to the other person or the other person's family or household member, the other person's belief or mental distress may be based on words or conduct of the offender that are directed at or identify a corporation, association, or other organization that employs the other person or to which the other person belongs.
So as long as you share it with proper conduct and without any incriminating words, it shouldn't be illegal. Otherwise anyone can claim they believe someone will cause them physical harm.

e.g. If I share a business contact with a friend of mine while telling him the contractor(e.g. a plumber) is very good at what he does and he can do business with him just fine, am I or my friend is guilty just because the contractor believes my friend will cause him physical harm? And how about a third party who saw the information that I shared with my friend, who hates plumbers because one of them fucked his wife before, threatens the plumber. How can I know he hates plumbers If I don't even know the said 3rd party?

(2) No person, through the use of any form of written communication or any electronic method of remotely transferring information, including, but not limited to, any computer, computer network, computer program, computer system, or telecommunication device shall post a message or use any intentionally written or verbal graphic gesture with purpose to do either of the following:
(a) Violate division (A)(1) of this section;
(b) Urge or incite another to commit a violation of division (A)(1) of this section.
So it is not illegal as long as you don't violate A(1), or urge or incite another to violate it. Like I mentioned above, it shouldn't be my fault, as long as I don't violate it myself, or urge or incite a 3rd party to violate the (A)(1) by themselves.

(3) No person, with a sexual motivation, shall violate division (A)(1) or (2) of this section.
Does that mean I can't share business contact of a porn star, or someone who works in an industry which is inherently sexual?

(7) "Post a message" means transferring, sending, posting, publishing, disseminating, or otherwise communicating, or attempting to transfer, send, post, publish, disseminate, or otherwise communicate, any message or information, whether truthful or untruthful, about an individual, and whether done under one's own name, under the name of another, or while impersonating another.
with purpose to do either of the following:
(a) Violate division (A)(1) of this section;
(b) Urge or incite another to commit a violation of division (A)(1) of this section.
So you are fine as long as your message or information isn't violating (a) or (b)

(9) "Sexual motivation" has the same meaning as in section 2971.01 of the Revised Code.
(J) "Sexual motivation" means a purpose to gratify the sexual needs or desires of the offender.
Again;
Does that mean I can't share business contact of a porn star, or someone who works in an industry which is inherently sexual?

(E) The state does not need to prove in a prosecution under this section that a person requested or received psychiatric treatment, psychological treatment, or other mental health services in order to show that the person was caused mental distress as described in division (D)(2)(b) of this section.
If I share a plumber's(who has anxiety near females) contact with a foid, can the plumber sue me and the foid and win the case because we caused them "mental distress"?

Like you said, someone might charged with criminal offense for "doxxing" but from what I understand you can get sued for almost anything in US. Doesn't mean what you do or did is automatically illegal.

Please feel free to share your opinion/s on it. Cheers!

You're talking about situations that don't apply to you. No, you're not liable if you share information about a plumber to someone looking for a plumber, and then a third party overhears and decides to fuck with that plumber.

But that's not the same as looking up some kid's address and posting it here. That would be knowingly improper conduct. You seem to be trying to draw parallels between this, and actually harmless sharing of information, so you can argue "Where exactly is the line between proper and improper conduct?" The line is not thin, and you will find that out if you get caught for doxxing. That's why the mods take action on stuff like this.

That's impressive. Instagram is one of the few places I haven't been banned from yet-- just has short-term bans from messaging a few times. I'm even shadowbanned on Youtube now, and constantly get 24 hour bans from commenting. Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Ebay have all pretty much banished me.
