Last year, a young boy races an old man for a fowl ball at a baseball game. The young boy obviously has the speed advantage. Both arrive at the ball at the same time, with the old man "snatching" it. Everyone in the audience boos the old man - and then the kid gets a signed ball from the team.
Now if my Greatest Generation father was there, he would yell at me and tell me not to race an old man for ANYTHING. It is the kid who is wrong, since he has an obvious speed advantage. I wish I could hug the old man (No Homo). I have no interest in sports. That kid could have a hundred balls for all I care.
