Sounds like a lot of you guys are suffering in squalor and eat like hobos. Hopefully this should add a nice and ez breakfast meal to all your repertoires.
Ingredients:
2) Put the butter on your skillet, heat it to like just above the lowest possible, and tilt skillet to spread butter around it
3) Cut all the stuff you’re putting in if you need any, you’ll usually have to do this
4) Put the stuff that needs to be sautéed first in. Usually I’d prioritize stuff that tastes like shit raw like onions first, although peppers early doesnt hurt either. Just sizzle em a bit. If it isnt sizzling turn it up a bit. If its smoking turn it down
5) Add the egg to it
6) Use a wooden spoon to drag the cooked parts of the egg inwards for a while, and leave the liquidy-er bits to be on the outside of the skillet
7) After a bit, flip it. This step can be tricky cuz its still a bit liquidy. I’d maybe get another spatula to help with this if its tricky for you
8) Add the cheese on top at your discretion
9) Put a cover on the skillet to melt the cheese faster
10) Open it up after a bit and flip it again
11) Put it on ur plate (flip it again for style points)
Enjoy ur tasty breakfast boyos
Sounds a bit complicated when u read but its not really hard to do tbh you get the hang of it
Ingredients:
- 2-3 eggs depending on how hungry you are
- Something to put in it (Usually a pepper or mushrooms in my case, I also like onions but I know a lot of you guys hate em). Any amount works its whatever you’d want in there
- A bag of mixed shredded cheese
- A bit of butter for the skillet, I’d go like a tablespoon
