Most people feel first, then rationalize it later.
"Oh yeahil I like Chad...."
"Why"?
"Because he's...BRB...he's got good personality!"
This is the truth. When you debate with people, most of them, will rationalize their position, no matter how wrong it is. And usually, those people, don't have hard data to back what they support.
For example, I was arguing against gender rights. All the foids said was muh human rights and autonomy, not a single evidence was given.
For vast majority of the people, force is the only thing they understand. Once you've made your point across, there's no need to repeat it.
When you have something, such as being the new president of a fictional country, having powers such as the control of abortion laws, just TAKE it away from them. There's no need to have second thoughts or debate because it's pointless anyway. Run them over with tanks, slaughter them on public and the sheep's will conform.
We give them pages of evidence only for them to mock us and give a short response. You know what hero Adolf Hitler did when he received this treatment? He kicked the ambassador out.
