Just Cause 2 is basically a terrorist simulator tbh. You play as a CIA mercenary that has to take down an authoritarian government in Asia and you have to destroy infrastructure (even basic infrastructure like water towers or power stations), side with local militias and mafias, attack military bases, etc. You can also kill civilians without consequences. The story and voice acting is really bad but other than that it's a fun game.
