Attraction is also based on what is considered well above average in local population. I am sure Chinese foids have lower height standards than foids from Netherlands but if you introduced enough Dutch men to China local women might start rejecting guys who before were tall enough.

Even if only attractive people were born they would still be some that are less attractive than others. Just like when you mix all races you still retain racism because some mixed people look different than the others.
