The tl;dr is that Mormons believe every person with brown skin has the Mark of Cain, who in Christian canon - which Mormonism is based off, but by no means is a part of - murdered his brother Abel, because they're sinful like Cain or some stupid bullshit like that. Mormons also unironically believe any "good" non-White will become White when he ascends into Heaven
