Thats why you build your house out of obsidian and then you can like decorate it whatever the fuck you want inside.

Will look a bit faggy due to purple but atleast you wont get blown up in the middle of the minecraft night cycle by it.

Another thing you can do is build high up in a mountain and then dig down, The house is where you enter and the basement is where YOU live, Oooor you can just place a door and build it in the mountain no house.
