According to Ministry of Interior, curfews have been imposed in al-Anbar, Salahuddeen, Karbala and Baghdad governorates due to the clashes started during this early afternoon.
'Unknown' gunmen with IS-styled flags (shahadah banner) have seized some parts of Fallujah. Gunmen have also seized various areas of Ramadi, seizing one government building and a prison facility holding hundreds of prisoners charged with terrorism, amongst other criminals. Reports of clashes have also been reported in Western Mosul, as well as in the outskirts of Baiji, and the cities of Tikrit and Samarra respectively.
HIGH-ALERT for all security bodies within Iraq, as the prime minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani has instructed to mobilize the army. Popular Mobilization Forces and other pro-Shiite factions are also mobilizing their militants with kilometric convoys.
