They haven't achieved the same impact as men,and they probably never will,think about how most people who actually made a change and shaped history turned out to be males,inventors, scientists,politicians,philosophers,programmers etc,think about pretty much anything you want and it will be most likely a male invention,this is why they're pushing this "women in tech teehee" bullshit,because the impact they're making is so fucking small that they literally have to force them to contribute (a ridiculously small) amount of progress,if it wasn't because of that their contribution to science and technology would be basically zero.

The list of the richest men in the world is composed by people like Bill Gates,Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos,these are people that actually changed our entire social structure and lifestyle (for better or worse),while the list of the richest women includes shit like.
