The web crawling, programming of artificial learning, and overall infrastructure needed for such a grand project as a search engine meant to be used by possibly hundreds of millions of people is massive; you absolutely need millions of dollars in funding to create it and then make sure it keeps running, and for that you need connections and wealth far superior to the average person...

Which, of course, the average Jew has in abundance; not to mention the various elites and government agencies loving such a chance to monitor and collect our data.
