I'm 19, I was unable to fap due to phimosis got most of my life (18 years) and yet most of my life I haven't had that confidence they talk about, girls were never misteriously attracted to me, testosterone levels were okay, no improved social skills, nothing.

I'm still don't fap though, my phimosis was cured by stretching but I don't see I reason to coom
