I hate people that take their dog out without a leash

If you can barely control your animal on a leash then what makes you think it’s a good idea to let it outside unleashed I already get barked at by dogs that are fenced off most dugs aren’t friendly to strangers

I always mentally prepare myself to defend myself if I see a big and aggressive enough dog without a leash. They can probably sense it and that makes then even more dangerous. I hate people for doing that.
